By using SherePromo, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. SherePromo is a classifieds platform. We do not act as an agent, buyer, or seller in any transaction.
Liability Disclaimer: SherePromo is NOT responsible for any loss of money, fraud, or damaged goods resulting from transactions between users. You trade at your own risk.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to post ads that contain:
- Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or illegal substances.
- Offensive, defamatory, or adult-only content.
- Fake jobs or "get rich quick" schemes.
- Misleading prices (e.g., listing an item as 1 KES when the price is much higher).
3. Safety & Payments
For your protection, SherePromo mandates the following rules:
- No Advance Payments: Never pay a "delivery fee" or "commitment fee" before seeing the item.
- Public Meetings: Transactions should happen in secure public locations.
- Verification: Sellers must ensure Mobile Money (M-Pesa/Airtel Money) messages are genuine by checking their actual account balance.
4. Premium Services
SherePromo offers "Ad Boosting." These are digital services. Once a boost is activated, the payment is non-refundable. We do not guarantee a sale, only increased views.

We collect information to provide a better experience. This includes:
- Account Details: Name, Email, and Phone Number.
- Location: To show you ads in your specific city/country.
- Device Data: IP address and browser type for security monitoring.
2. Information Visibility
By posting an ad, you understand that your Phone Number and Location will be visible to all visitors of SherePromo to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
3. Data Protection
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies. We use SSL encryption to secure your data during transmission.
Your Rights: You can delete your ads or request account deactivation at any time by contacting support@sherepromo.com.
